THE RIGHT TOWNHOME BECAME AVAILABLE. WHEN WE DECIDED TO VIEW THE PROPERTY MIKE OFFERED TO GO ALONG. WE LOVED THE PROPERTY AND WE WERE HOPEFUL TO BUY IT. MIKE IMMEDIATELY WROTE UP AN OFFER, WHICH WAS QUICKLY ACCEPTED. HE THEN SOLD OUR HOME, OF 42 YRS, FOR ASKING PRICE, WITHIN 2 WKS. IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS, WE WERE MOVING IN TO OUR NEW HOME. MIKE WAS WITH US FROM BEGINNING TO END, MAKING IT A SMOOTH TRANSITION. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED BY HOW MUCH HE KNEW ABOUT THE STRUCTURE AND MECHANICS OF A HOUSE. THIS WAS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT DURING INSPECTIONS. HE EVEN WENT UP ON THE ROOF. WE CREDIT HIM FOR US BEING WHERE WE ARE TODAY. IN A HOME THAT WE LOVE AND FEEL SO HAPPY TO BE LIVING IN. THANK YOU MIKE!
